Born out of nostalgia and reimagined for today, we blend the soul of a New York-style “Jew-ish” deli with the playful spirit of a retro diner. Think NYC’s iconic Ess-a-Bagel, crave-worthy Bussin’ Sandwiches, and fresh-from-the-oven Bakery favorites—all served with a side of chutzpah.
With two bustling locations—our flagship in Newtown, PA (Open Daily 8am–7pm) and a vibrant outpost at the Trenton Farmers Market, NJ (Wed–Sat 9am–6pm, Sun 9am–3pm)—we’re serving up bold flavors and warm vibes, one bite at a time.
